I heard Subaru wants to make it AWD so they can share the Impreza's drivetrain to cut costs.

Two of those are blogs that get in the whole loop and the 3rd is from 2013. Do you not notice the lack of a single link to any Subaru/Toyota site on any of them? There is no official statement to be found. Using blogs to support blogs is just silly.

I'm not saying it won't happen but to say its confirmed off those random blogs is like reading the tabloid papers. They're just headlines to generate traffic for their ads
