We always post the honest truth, some of our kits for example like the BMW 328i exhaust system only makes +4hp and +5tq and yet we still post it only makes that much. The facts are right there and posted.

If there are any doubts, someone local is more then welcomed to come to our facility after buying our header, and we can run the car on the dyno to prove the results we made :)

Yes with your header and filter installed the afr looks fine.

It was the stock car stock header stock filter run that is strangely lean afr

It looks like the product run has had time to adapt, and for the stock run they've reset the ECU and LTFT immediately before so that it's running super lean in open loop. There's no way the stock tune should be running leaner than 12 after 4500rpm!

It's a great way to make the gains look bigger; when you can't increase the product run, gimp the stock run.

I do not have any clips of just the header at this time, but let me see what I can dig up.

I got the weight and our header is 13lbs w/cats and 11lbs w/cats. The stock manifold weighs in at 23lbs.

Bonburner 04-29-2015 06:46 PM

any idea if the stock manifold's cover fits (it is covered right?) on this header - that way it looks stock lol
and if it does the weight?

Yes the covers do fit, but I do not have the weight with the covers on though.

Covers? It's not about ones that are on stock very header (doubt a bit if they can be mounted on any other header), but about engine underside protection plate, right?

Bonburner 04-30-2015 03:38 AM

just curious, any intentions of trying to get the catted manifold carb approved?

Both the underside and actual stock exhaust manifold covers fit on our header.

We have no plans of making a Carb approved manifold or shorty headers as we have found this design to make the most power :D
