Anyone else having tire pressure issues?

I had the FR-S for about 7 months now and the pressure on the tires go down (to the point that the dash light comes on) like once per month. I never experienced this issue with any of my past cars. Is this just a normal thing with the FR-S?

What tire pressures are you running usually? And what are they when the light comes on?

I usually fill it up to the suggested level listed on the sticker in the door panel...I think it's 35? Not sure I'm not around my car at the moment. And the light usually comes on when they get to 25 or so.

My light comes on at 29psi, but I've only had it come on once. I have only added air that one time over the 11 months I have had the car. I use a digital pressure gauge. Those slidey ones can be inaccurate.

Sounds like you have a slow leak. A good way of checking is lather your wheel with soapy water. If you see bubbles forming then there's your leak. Make sure to play around with the valve stem since it could be a crack there that wouldn't leak unless bent.

Rim leak, tire leak or valve stem leak.
Some old alloys on an older vehicle of mine had a corroded rim from all the winter drives and salt. Ask them to give your rim a clean. That's why I run a set of inexpensive rims during the salty months.
Few possibilities, bring it to your nearest tire shop.

I've been nursing a very slow leak in one of my tires. Close enough to end of tire life and it's a teeny nail. Only leaks when wheel sits overnight in the exact right position. Sometimes it goes a couple weeks before tpms triggers. 29 psi every time.

I think I picked it up around January. Meh.

No idea where the cove is but if you have an americas tire near, they can fix it for free if it's in a repairable zone.

In general, one will lose a pound (sometimes two) of air over a month. This is normal. I can't point to it but you may find it on a AAA site or some other site that covers things like that.
