not going to lie, looks hideous :|

Looks aside. Once it's lowered with a little camber I don't see there being any problem with rubbing, you can check out the wheel fitment guide though for that size/offset to make sure.

I wanted something different. And these will swap onto my other car as well. I like them at least.

nivek111070 04-20-2015 05:14 PM

that is actually all that counts "I like them at least." I hated them on my 911 lol

Pat 04-20-2015 05:18 PM

Heh...I had 'em on my 986 and loved how they looked on that car. I like 'em on 911s, too.

Get either camber bolts or coilovers with camber adjustment. With -2 camber, which is perfect for hard driving, you shouldn't have any issues.

Got all four wheels mounted, Pilot Sport A/S 3 up front, Bilstein coilovers. No rubbing!

Thanks, I put the expensive grippy tires up front .

I still have the Porsche wheels on my FRS.

Might be time to switch it up though. Still haven't decided on what to get next.

Do you think these wheels with the spacers would have fit if you had just lowering springs and the stock struts? I know you have the Bilsteins but I am wondering if you had an 18x7.5 wheel with a +30 offset if it would work. Did it look like you had plenty of clearance at full lock?

Looks great!
