OEM Fog Lights for series 1

Hello, I was about to order the OEM fog lights (PT413-18130), but noticed a warning on the site that said they were not to be used on vehicles with the TRD lowering springs. Does anyone know why? Thank you.

It's a California thing. The fog lights have to be something like 19" or more off the ground if I recall correctly.

Unless my knowledge of America's geography is way wrong, Ohio isn't in California so yes, you can use them.
