When did the FRS Idle Dip ECU flash come out?
 

Hey guys as some of you know I bought my FRS Second hand and all of my idle dip coming to a stop issues are pointing towards needing a proper ECU reflash. But they keep telling me the previous owner flashed the ecu January of 2013. When exactly did the update get released as a recall?

My dealer put a decal with a date on it when they flashed mine, do you have one on your hood somewhere?

Shit I looked everywhere and can't find a plate. The dealerships I keep calling don't want to help me as I'm out of warranty and are asking stupid 3 digit prices to flash it not including a diagnotstic charge. I'll take a look again harder.

See if anyone local with a tactrix is willing to help you out. They can check version as well as update you if necessary. I would if not for the cross country separation haha.

This TSB falls under the federal emissions warranty which is 96 months or 80,000 miles. Are you still within that? If so, print out the TSB and take it with you to your dealer.
