Template for tow hook cover

I hate to ask this from you guys but I am currently out of town away from my car and only have access to tools where I am now. I have a spare tow hook cover and need to cut out a hole for my perrin front license plate mount. I was hoping that somebody here could post or make a template of where to cut the hole. I have searched relentlessly online for one but all I could find was one for the FRS.

Not a template, but close enough.

Thank you but not quite what I am looking for. I am looking for more of a blueprint.

I made my own template with masking tape and then used a dremel to get the curves right (as the cover is at an angle to the shaft, you have to effectively made an oval)
