My GBS Premium in Florida
 

After 3 months of waiting, I'm finally an owner. I've already put 130 miles on it in 2 days. I can't wait to get it broken in, shifting early is getting harder and harder to do - it just sounds so good from 4500 RPM and up!

GBS- looks awesome in direct sunlight, gets really bright. Then dark as the sun sets.
Suspension - much stiffer than I expected. I'm coming from a Nissan Sentra and a Mazda3, both stock, so it's a bit different. Handling is crazy good, I've literally been searching for roads with more curves.
Exhaust-quiet until 4000 RPM, then has a great rasp as the revs climb. I've been downshifting just to hear it more.
Interior- feels tight at first - I'm 6'1 250, but its actually roomy up front. Not used to sitting so low, and less window area, so it exaggerates the effect. Once I got used to the feeling it has been great. Plenty of leg/elbow/headroom.
Seats are FANTASTIC. The bolsters really hold you in. If I was any wider I'd be sitting "on" the seat rather than "in" it though.

Haven't touched the radio or Nav yet. I paired my phone to bluetooth and that's it. I don't even have the presets programmed. Bluetooth sound quality is good and the touchscreen has been responsive the few times I've answered calls.

A few pics attached, don't mind the water. I had to give the hood a quick rinse -apparently a bird didn't like my color choice.

Awesome news, all of us GBS guys, NYC BRZ included, picked ours up yesterday.

It was like Christmas morning then, and again this morning when I realized it is still here!

Dammit, I wanna join the GBS mafia!!!

I've kept my owners manual and navigation manual on my desk and everyday I try to learn something new about how the BRZ operates and actually how to do said operation. Most recently I knew the shift light could be adjusted but not how, now I know how.

Congrats! I just picked my GBS Limited up last night. I felt like a rockstar at work today. About 15 people came out to look at it at lunch. They all said the same thing "gorgeous color"

Same, the color is unanimously praised. Had a guy break a few traffic laws to stop next to me to take some pics at a light. Was awesome.

Yep, that's me! They told me they had two cars in, but neither was mine. I showed up and my wife said "isn't that the color you picked out?". I checked for the two options(Homelink mirror and wheel locks) and realized it was my pre-order, a week earlier than Phil the salesman said to expect it.
I live close to Treeline /Colonial and The Forum- Treeline was the first place I went! :thumbup: I'll have to go hunting for North River Rd next, thanks for the suggestion. I hope you pick one up, great to see another fan locally.
