@cnk, when you receive yours, did you have to unload it yourself to your driveway?
It's like 200 lb on wooden pallet and they'll charge extra if i dont have my own equipment to unload? i am thinking about purchasing 5000 soon

The delivery guy had a palet jack so I asked him to put it in my garage. He did it so I tipped him a $20. He wasn't supposed to, but I've found it's usually dependent upon the delivery guy.

For example, just had a 325lb treadmill delivered the other week. It was also supposed to be lift gate only at the bottom of my driveway. I asked the guy to put it in my garage for $20 cash and he did it.

If your delivery guy won't do it. They have to at least put it on your property which is usually the end of the driveway. You can then just cut the straps and carry the pieces one at a time. Heaviest is each jack which weighs around 80lbs. But it has wheels on one end so it's really not bad.

Yeah. . wish they had the longer one when I bought mine, but I guess that's what I get for being an early adopter. Works just fine though so I'm not worried.

You'll love it. . .I've had my BRZ, wife's Mazda3 hatch, a Mazda CX-5, and a Impreza wagon up with no issues. I'm a little safety conscious so I still put some jack stands underneath just in case.

Moving the jack piece by piece should be fine for 1 person. Moving that freaking treadmill with 2 people from my garage to my basement was a PITA though.

if i only have BRZ, i would get 3500 but i have SUV and minivan as well and tired of jacking up one by one for SUV and minivan. so, better to invest one for making my life easier.

safety is first. i always put floor jack on side + one tire of vehicle even it's on jack stands :)

Has anyone used any rubber pads that have slots for the pinch weld to fit into? I will probably order the 5000 version in the next few weeks.

Even with a standard jack I use hockey pucks with a groove cut in them. If the pinch weld is too tall for one puck I screw the two halves to a second pick underneath. They are small and fit in the spare tire well.

@cnk

I have another question.
when you need to put air in it, regular tire inflator is sufficient to fill 50psi?
since i dont have air compressor, thinking about to pick up $30-$40 tire inflator

Spend a little more and get this baby:

[ame="http://www.amazon.com/Viair-00088-88P-Portable-Compressor/dp/B005ASY23I"]Amazon.com: Viair 00088 88P Portable Air Compressor: Automotive[/ame]

I have it, pumps my tires up to 40psi on stock battery easily (within 30 seconds), then it slows down, but once the engine is running, it pumps super fast again (gotta get up to 50 for dorifto, yo)

I used a bike pump. Only took a few pumps to get it up to 50psi. Didn't even bother to start up my 27 gallon compressor.

I am still between this and the EZ Car Lift. But one thing I really want from my portable at-home/track lift. Is the ability to place my RACE RAMP foam blocks under the wheels occasionally. Plus they would be great for extra protection incase of a lift failure.

But i need at least 12 inches of clearance beneath the tires to make this happen. It doesnt look like they would fit under your tire. Do you happen to know what the measurement is from the bottom dead center of your tires is to the ground when the car is fully lifted?

Here is a pick showing the Race Ramp foam blocks. They are 12(center) to 14(sides) inches tall.
