This is way too advanced to be available on the market other than high priced super cars like the R8. For example, the HID's that are standard on our cars have only been around since the mid-1990's and only one or two cars had them. By 2005 only about 95 models of cars worldwide had HID's, now nearly all car companies have HID's standard in most of their cars, only the cheapest economy cars don't have them, but in another 5 years I suspect they all will as the price gets low enough, traditional bulbs for head lights at least will be eliminated from the market.
That being said because the new technology out is using LED's which are more powerful and intense, cheaper and more versatile. They're practically everywhere, most cars now have LED's in their taillights, and even more cars have them at least in their 3rd brake light. Technology is getting to a point where LED's can be viable in head lights, but right now only for expensive cars, why? Because of cost for one thing, but mainly because the more intense the LEDs, the more heat management and durability of the LED's is required, requiring highly machined and ventilated heatsinks in an already hot engine bay. I can see 10 years from now, LED headlights will be standard on at least half the car models available, much quicker than HID's were because car companies are already used to LED's in car applications and can engineer systems quicker, while HID's were specific to headlights only.
Now with laser systems, the engineering required is incredibly high, the technology is far too advanced and expensive for anything other than super cars. Maybe 25 years from now most cars will have laser head lights.
What's next after that? Audi or some other company will introduce a new technology for headlights. Maybe in 25 years we won't even NEED headlights, we may just have night vision in our cars, and an image of what's outside will be displayed on the entire windshield as if it's daylight outside.
