major/minor accident thread?
 

Is there a thread where people share their accident stories?

If there is it is really old and buried. I don't remember one (if there is I just lost my rep).
Generally people just seem to start their own thread but the pure nature of morbid curiosity may make it a popular spot.

Don't know why anyone would go through the trouble of compiling all that. Makes us look bad.

Backing out of a spot, bitch on left side of the road and speeding hits me. I still have to pay because in Texas the person backing out holds liability unless the other driver receives a ticket and therefore at fault.

So what you're saying is that you weren't Paying enough attention while backing?

The white one under the heading "BRZ gets tee boned" on that site is somebody from here (I forget who though). They posted those pics up. Wonder if the other site asked if they could use them. I know once on the net it is sort of public domain but it would be the respectful thing to do.

Yea I remember an old thread that floated around for awhile. Named curse of the 86 or something. But since this is current here's mine.

Happened last month. Hit and run while I was parked on the street. Woke up to damages pictured

Oh ya that damned "this car is cursed" thing.
That was more just overall whining that happened to include accidents. Nothing that happened was ever anybody's own fault and normal wear and tear on the car meant it was possessed by demons or something.
God I hated that thread!

Impossible to see someone when you are on her left side and she's on the left side of the road speeding. So basically bitch came outta no where.
Was some Mexican lady without a license so I think she dodged the insurance calls so I didn't have to pay for her lil scratches anyway.

You're still at fault....she had the right of way...lol

My baby got hit by an escalade: ( she never stood a chance. The idiot was trying to pass me in the pouring rain and didn't realize his lane ran out, he jumped the curb came into my lane, smashed my quarter panel, broke my axle and all the major suspension components. He came running up to me (I slid about 100 yards) not wearing a shirt (in the rain) and on the phone with his dad talking about how pissed off I was.
