Chupacabra's FR-S (with photos)

Okay, I'm bad. I'm awful...I have neglected to share that I received my Whiteout FR-S last Thursday.

I've been busy driving it and finally have the chance to share some photos and my thoughts.

1st, the photos:

ayau and I did a mini-shoot which explains the WRB BRZ Limited

2nd, my experiences:

I have been completely blown away by everything about this vehicle. There isn't a bad angle for looks, the interior is functionally sexy (like a gal in yoga pants), but there is always the reminder that you're here to drive it.

Unlike many other vehicles I've driven, the feeling is uncharacteristic to the majority of Japanese cars available today. I get the sensation that I've been placed within the car, as opposed to on top of it. Throttle response, clutch feel, and handling prowess gives this car a confident feeling. It communicates to the driver 100% of the time.

The only car I've driven recently that gave me the same connectedness was the Ferrari 458 Italia. Honestly, the FR-S is that good. And if you haven't thrown your money at Subaru or Scion or Toyota, you're missing out. If you're waiting for the used market to pick yours up, I respect that...but you'll be waiting if the current owner loves their car as much as me.

Do you have an ADR mode on your camera? It will adjust the levels and turn a photo from this:

I just got my Scion Applique for the trunk lip and I'll post photos after I put it on. I don't think I've seen a Whiteout with it on, so I'll be the innovator.

This is mine. I unlike some am not ashamed of the Scion badge.

The owner of the shop left his Boxster S so I got a couple of snaps and compared the size of the two cars.
