I think that's from a parking lot @ Dodger Stadium

I'd say from the Dodger Stadium parking lot, or very close to that location.

I went to dodger stadium. They wouldn't let me in because I told them I wanted to take a picture of the LA skyline. They said no photography on Dodger property. If anyone wants to go there, the correct answer is "I want to go to the gift shop."

So I ended up finding out where Chris Puth plays the piano on top of that mountain in the video. (It's in Elysian Park). Went up for my mini photoshoot. Apparently, its a trail and cars are NOT allowed to drive up there. Just my luck. I walk up there, they are shooting stuff for an Audi A8. I asked if I could drive my car up there cause its "better" lol. Fire guy wouldn't let me. Lucky for me there's photoshop!
