Tire size help!

I'm looking at purchasing 17X8 +35 wheels. I also plan on lowering on springs about 1". Could you recommend the best tire sizes for this configuration?

I'm looking also to purchase 18X8.5 +33 wheels (front) + 18x9.5 +38 wheels (back).
As for the drop, it might be 1.5" next year.
I've found Nitto Invo in 225/40r18 and 255/35r18. would it fit on this config?
