How much to spray from white to black ?

I was thinking about trading in colors but since my car has a lot of dings i mean a lot... it will devalue my car plus I don't trust anyone with a gt86 around here because there a lot of hoons. So how much will it cost roughly ?

Please give me your location and price so I can get an idea & how much cheap will it be if I sanded the outta shell myself. I want to respray all the white parts underneath also (under hood, trunk & etc).

White is a pain in the ass to maintain plus your screwed when you have chips all over & unknown stains :( though it is one of the best looking colours if you can keep it in mint conditon no doubt about that..

You think white is hard to maintain and you want to go to black? lawl.

Just vinyl wrap or plasti dip it. Prob costs a couple grand.

I have no idea, but I do know that around where I live, vinyl wraps cost about 2k. Might be best to look into that.

Or use google, this was the third result and seems somewhat local to where you live:

I mean, with black, the chip is way easier to touch up and have it close to matching or hide because the bumper plastic is black itself & stains don't stand out as much.:iono:

You'd probably be better off just trading it in and buying a new one in the color you want.

Not necessarily, the rock chips will be white. Black also tends to look dirty a lot quicker, and shows swirls/scratches a lot easier.

Black is the hardest to keep clean, that's pretty much the consensus. I've owned a black vehicle and although it looks the best when spotless, it never stays that way long. What comes in second is debatable but white is definitely up there.

I've never repainted an entire vehicle, but that doesn't sound cheap... not if you want it done well. I think the wrap might be a good thing to look into, getting what you want for a fraction of the price, and reversible.

Sorry I don't have any actual advice, but I would research how to keep black cars clean before you do this... it's almost an art form.

Edit: I have seen some really good plasti-diped cars too, but I dunno how long that stays looking good.

You'd be better off just trading in your car for another color. A good full paint job would probably cost $5k plus. On top of that, repainting your vehicle will hurt the resale value. And I agree with black being even harder to maintain than white.

Forget trying to change colors. It will be expensive, it will be difficult, and it will do bad things to your resale value. Live with it, repaint it the stock color for a bunch of money, or trade it in at a big loss.

Don't do it! White pearl is hard to touch up but Black is a pita just to keep clean and almost impossible to stay swirl free!!!

Bro, just plasti dip
