Will I notice a diffrence with rims that weigh 2lbs more?

Found the wheels I want at a reasonable price only problem is they are two pounds heavier than stock wheels.

Will I even notice? It's not going on a road course of autocross car just a summer DD.

Wish I could find a lighter BBS mesh style without breaking the bank.
Thanks guys.

Also dont forget tire weight as well. If those are equal i would say as a dd no you should be fine. There might be a very slight difference in acceleration

Thanks. That's what I'm thinking. I'll be swaping over the stock tires so I shouldn't see a diffrence with wheels that weigh 21.8lbs. I hope ha

From experience, you can feel the difference. Especially on a lower powered car like ours.

Stock wheels are nearly 21lbs...so you're looking at 1lb difference.

For $190 a wheel you could get the Kosei K8R (about to be released) which are 15.4 lbs....

IMO you wont feel any change in acceleration, but you will feel it in the steering (that is until you get used to it).

I've been on the hunt for BBS LM reps or at least some type of mesh rims and these are pretty nice and would be a good compromise. Looks like the Apex ARC-8's I want except in a practical size and offset.

@CallmeDave which mesh rims were you eyeing?

You'll feel more difference in steering from grippier tire compounds or change in offset than you will from a gain of 1-2lbs per wheel.

But then again one can lighten by 10lbs less per each wheel. And install lighter BBKs. That, i guess, will be noticeable.

Damn I wish I would of seen those!!!

I got these BBS's. Only noticed it took a little more brake petal than what I thought was normal but I got used to it.
