Site Suggestion

Is it possible to freeze the very top of the page and keep the FT86CLUB banner visible? I always find myself scrolling to the bottom just to get back to the top and proceed to other threads. I know that "^home" will take me to the top, but things would be easier if the top banner were always visible. Thank you for all your splendid work, this is a great source of information and ideas.

Or maybe just the black row with User CP, Garage, Community, etc... on it. I know the whole banner would be awkward on iPads when also trying to type a reply.
