So, I posted this in some other sections of the forums, and I'm the only BRZ registered on it at the moment, so I decided to also post it in the BRZ forum.

I don't know, but seems like this will make it easier for car thieves to know how much parts they can take out of your car...

This is an issue that I have been thinking about from the start and still trying to figure out. At the moment, you can make your car profile not visible, so you can make it private when your in a sketchy neighborhood or something.

One of the possible ideas that I'm thinking about is maybe logging the IP addresses and locations of people who view your car profile; but even this isn't really that helpful, since IP addresses aren't that reliable.

Hey guys, I added a new feature called view requests, suggested by silent_dan, to help with concerns of possible theft, which lets you control who can view your car profile, check it out.

Yeah, sorry about that, wasn't sure where to post this, since this car has so many different names and sub forums. I initially started with a post in NorCal, then FR-S, but ended up posting in the BRZ sub forums too, since it seemed like I was only reaching FR-S owners... and haven't really found a good way to keep all three posts updated yet.
