Kind of a stupid question but it's about the valenti reverse lights
Is it illegal or legal in California to have that flashing 4th brake light?

It's a legal grey area as they have trailer hitch covers that do the same thing. I know laws there are a bit more strict than usual though, so I'd ask a cop friend if possible.
