R U faster than a redneck?

Holy smokes, I stumbled on this on youtube, watched a few episodes.....

Drivel at best, but entertaining in any case

So terribly campy and stereotypical and hard to watch.

But the cars are kickass all around regardless of where you stand.

Also: lol at the BMW with a 'v6'

Ugh, I couldn't stand watching it after one of the early episode where the red neck guy divebombs the faster competitor (forget which car, bmw or something?) then rams into the competitors' door from the inside. Then after the race the Red neck gets out and like assaults the competitor for "hitting" his car then they go on for like 10 min what a scrappy driver the competitor was and how he owes them money for hitting the car, when really he blocked fine and the red neck rammed him.

It's such a stupid setup. Put 2 amateur drivers on the track. Put their red neck in a high p/w ratio gutted track car on the inside to turn 1. Standing start. So the red neck wins the drag race and blocks the rest of the laps.

Much disappoint the FD was LS swap.

Hehe I do agree, it can be a bit hard to watch, I like the episode where the SSP R35 pounded all of them

Hello. I remain surprised that this series is still making the rounds!
And, while the GTR "pounded them all", he wasn't actually the fastest car. He just picked his competitor better. I was actually the fastest "tuner" there, but made a stupid selection and picked the fastest car they had, driven by their fastest driver. That said, he still only had <1 sec/lap on me.
