Deep rocker panel scrape
 

Searched around, but I've got a scrape deeper than what other similar topics have mentioned. No dent here though.

Would I need to do anything in addition compared to what is mentioned in this thread?

I would do what he did and just touch it up... Although I would recommend just grabbing a paint pen and going over it after cleaning it off. A spray can is a bit much for a small scrap. Plus since the rails are textured you won't even notice if your touch up is not smooth.

Source: I've paint pen touched up my rails a few times now and no problems.
