full lock left turn slow coasting and car almost dies

Something strange is happening.

While left turning into my parking stall, rolling at less than 5 mph, my car drops idle to less than 500rpm and almost dies, then recovers. Doesn't seem to happen on right turns. Anyone else have anything similar happening to them?

Is this a manual?

Go to a flat empty parking lot and see if you can isolate it to being full lock left vs something related to engine load turning. Try full lock in neutral. Does it do the same thing?
