Congrats! Nice color choice on the SS. How's it to drive?

It's crazy how your FR-S on ramps still sits lower than the SS btw.

Havent barely driven it other than about 20 minutes. Trailered home to put in gfs garage spot before she got home, hadnt told her about the car.

Had her drive first and more than me.

First impressions on rainy, foggy, sandy, rough, early spring new england back roads. Its going to be goddamn fantastic.

Glad i went with 15' for manual and mag ride.

Frs is on kwv3. Not terribly low though. So thats a touch of difference.

Ss does not feel like a big sedan. After recently driving a 10' challenger rt across half the country the two cars can not even be compared in any way other than both being rwd v8. Not sure if thats cause the challenger was so terrible or the ss is that good. Probably mostly the former.

Love the car!

Nice choice! I saw an old lady driving a red one the other day and thought it looked fantastic.

Give us more pics and a review!

I believe the average age on the ss forum is roughly social security age.

Actually had a heavily modded 14' lined up from a 76 year old guy a few states away back around january. He had it for the strip and traded it for a scat pack challenger iirc.

Havent driven it yet today, and barely last night. The bit i did, was not in any way disappointed.

I knew you were going to go for the 15' model.

It's gorgeous, I'm sure you're gonna have a great time with it.

Free rides for forum members, eh?

Good job on getting the manual. Every one I've seen so far has been automatic.

The Challenger RT is one of those cars that look great, but doesn't quite perform as well as you hope. The SS is the opposite. Blends in, but has the right stuff underneath.

Thanks,

Never got a dealer to bite mid winter on my 14' silly lowballing. Since presidents day all the ones sitting 300+ days around here started dissapearing and the prices rising.

15' then made sense

I saw a lingenfelter SS on my way home from the last day of finals. God she whined so loudly it was amazing.

funwheeldrive 03-28-2015 04:41 AM

Wow. I'm in love.
