Foglights not turning on
 

so, my foglight switch is getting power, fuses are all ok. But my fogs just won't turn on. I believe the connections are all good, however I haven't looked behind the bumper yet. Anything I may have overlooked?

This is an aftermarket kit, and it was on the cheaper side. I'd really rather try and get it fixed rather than replace it.

I have a feeling it may just be pooched though, since the wiring starts at the battery, goes to an inline fuse, then a relay, continues on to the lights, then from the lights it goes to a switch in the cabin. And I think if the switch is getting power (it's illuminated) but the fogs aren't turning on, there may be a break in the wiring harness the more I think about it.
