Requested torque and Calculated torque

Hey guys. I got my OFT just this past weekend and have been digging through the tables trying to learn as much as I can. I have a question on the tables in "Drive by Wire"...

What is the difference between requested torque and calculated torque? Both requested torque tables say that the values are simply "requested torque (raw ecu value)". Calculated torque A, however, says that the values are of "unknown" units, whereas calculated torque B simply says "engine torque".

Does anyone know what these units are? Or are they just coefficients in determining something else? Also, what exactly is the difference between the requested and calculated torque?

Thanks!

Don't adjust those tables thinking you are magically going to get more torque from engine

Adjusting DBW (drive by wire ) throttle tables
Note these tables are complex in their interaction and you may produce unwanted or undesirable results.

@Wayno has used the "requested Torque B" DBW table from the manual roms in auto roms with good results

If you want to tweak something their are far simpler things to adjust OFT Tune Tweaks

The "torque" numbers are abstract. Like steve said, don't get any ideas.

Requested Torque B maps how much abstract "torque" is requested for your throttle pedal position.

I wouldn't mess with the other tables that relate more to the actual throttle plate which are relied on by things like cruise control.

Sorry if this is blatantly written somewhere, but I'm playing with these maps because I hate the stock mapping and I can't figure out for my life whether I'm supposed to use "Requested Torque A" or "Requested Torque B"...

My hunch is to play with B, because the OFT stage 1 tune seems to have a different B but stock A map, but I'd like to know the difference before messing with them.
