Stoptech Braided Lines
 

I know plenty of people have done this swap, but I did recently as well. Everything is true-pedal feel is great, nice bite and feedback too.

Installation was a breeze, and they seem to be great quality.

All in all, a really easy way for a big improvement.

I actually installed the same ones myself on Saturday. I don't know about big but its a little noticeable haha. But that could be shadowed that I also installed stoptech pads and slotted rotors... Still satisfied with the setup

The difference in pedal firmness between 100% stock and adding stainless lies and master cylinder brace is less than just getting less compresable pads.

There is a difference, but if you also swapped pads I would bet that contributed more.

Source, I run stock pads for the winter and the difference between summer and winter pads is bigger than the difference between my car on stock pads and a completely stock car. I have stoptech lines, grimspeed MC brace and ATE super blue fluid. Summer pads are Ferodo DS2500 for now.

I have the same setup, just using the chase bay lines which don't look as bling (sadly), and dba slotted rotors. You won't notice much if any difference in just swapping lines, but the peace of mind of not having a rubber brake line severed was worth it in and of itself.

Slight threadjack: how are your 2500s holding up? I'm on my fifth track day with them and they seem to be pretty beast, but I don't have much basis for comparison.

I'm on my second set of fronts, still on the first set of rears. First set of fronts had good thickness left, but had been overheated too much and were melty and chunking a bit at the leading edges. I bought two sets of fronts expecting to go through them faster than the rears, but once these are done I'll be upgrading to something that handles more heat.

They're amazing for street/autox, and will handle some track use, but for 20 minute sessions they just don't cut it.
