Progress Lake is the lake at Progress Ridge behind cinetopia in Tigard.

Can't go tomorrow. Got work tomorrow. Any places allow night fishing?

Night fishing is not allowed for native fish like trout, salmon, steelhead, sturgeon etc.
It is however, allowed for warm water species like bass, bluegill, crappie, and catfish. People like to night fishing for crappie on the willamette river under docks, mostly for sturgeon bait. I've also night fished in Yaquina bay for sea bass.
