USB Port Not Working
 

A couple days ago, I tried connecting for the first time my iPhone 6 using the USB port, only to find that it didn't work. I then tried inserting an USB thumb drive and noticed that it didn't seem to receive any power from the port.

I had taken the car back to the dealership to fix a navigation issue with the BeSpoke Premium head unit several weeks ago, so is it a case of the dealership forgetting to connect something again?

Not sure if the guy who posted the below clip is on here. If you are, THANK YOU! It was very helpful in resolving my USB port issue. It turns out that the dealer had connected the USB port cable to the Pioneer unit instead of the Harman unit. I have now reconnected it to the Harman unit, and the USB port is now working as intended :D

I had this problem as well. It turned out to be a bad USB port on the dash. Had to be replaced.
