3rd gear jolt / clunk after smooth shift
 

Hi everyone,

Wondering if anyone else experiences what I would call a clunk / jolt in power delivery in rear after successfully and smoothly upshifting into 3rd? Almost feels like drive train slop of some sort.

I'm wondering if it's an issue with the diff given it happens about 1/3 second or so after shift?

As background, motul gear 300 in both Trans and diff, about 2000 km on new fluids.

By "after shift" you mean, clutch fully disengaged, foot pressing on gas pedal? Than 1/3 second after that?

When you release the clutch pedal?


It could be simply that you aren't rev matching, causing a jerk throughout the entire car.
