Base FR-S Radio bluetooth synchro issueS!
 

Hey I'm having issues with my FR-S radio, I don't know if it's me that sucks with bluetooth of what but when I try to ''add'' my phone contacts to my radio, it says ''contacts transfering'' or something like that, but in reality it's not doing anything! I even let it copy contacts for over 30 mins, still nothing on my radio.
Even tho I can receive calls just fine because it's connected, I cannot make any because I don't have my cellphone contacts in the radio...help me!

The instruction book is not all that informative!

You may have to load the contacts by controlling from the phone rather than from the audio unit. It may depend on the style/age of the phone. I managed to get my phone list in one contact at a time, but had to reconnect the phone to the radio for each contact.

Has anyone found better instructions anywhere for any of the base radio operating features?

there's another thread around the forums saying something about not actually being able to access the contact list while the car is moving or on? can't remember exactly.

Do you have an android? If so, when you select transfer contracts from the unit, you'll get a notification on your phone saying that something wants your contacts. You have to ok it in the phone before it begins transfer.
