Problems with load contacts from server and online search - Touch and go - TAS300
 

Hello,

I experience some problems with the function on the GPS system (Toyota Touch and Go - TAS300) on my GT 86 (European/Belgian model), when I want to load contacts from the server or I want to do an online search.

After making the connection the system says no internet connection possible.

I made an account on the customerportal from Toyota (https://customerportal.toyota-europe.com) and registered my car with the chassis- and GPS number.

I saved two routes and selected the option "send to car".

On the GPS I logged on with my Toyota account (at the bluetooth settings), when I want to load the contats from the server (at the destination settings) the GPS is making connection but after a while I get an error, no connection possible.

When I want to do an online google search I also get the error, no connection possible.

Does somebody know how I can fix this problem?

I use an iPhone 6 and already use this with the GPS system for making a phone call, sending and receiving messages, downloading my contacts (phone numbers), playing music, ...

I found it.
I had to activate the function for hotspot on my iPhone.

Everything works perfect now. :happyanim:
