Anyone running SCCA T4

I am starting out my build and still have to decide SCCA Touring (4) or NASA PT (4). I need some help interpreting the SCCA Touring rules.

Looking like there is hardly anyway to build something that can be used in both and or Spec86.

There's a guy out in upstate NY building/competing in one right now.

Please keep us posted on your progress.....

Good luck at Daytona....but Mid Ohio (2016) may suit the car quite well....?

I poured over the SCCA T4 rules over the weekend trying to see if we could mould the Spec86 rules to fit into T4 and it's an uphill battle.

Currently the Spec86 rules are mostly in line with the PTD rules and with some very minor changes you could fit into TCA in Pirelli World Challenge.

Looks like we will be bumped into an STU class in SCCA with a PTD like setup. Can't run STL because of the compression ratio?

Yeah I'm not real familiar with the SCCA Rules as I'm more a NASA guy, theoretically for T4 you could swap in the dampers/springs and header and be good to go using the Spec86 rules.

Call Jared at North Country Subaru. He raced T4 in 2013 and early last year.
