One-Piece Rear Floor Mat

Hey guys,

Trying to find some good floor mats :( I live in Toronto, Canada so ... in the winters, our mats are just full of water due to the snow that gets stuck to our boots (we get small puddles in the family SUV).

I want to get WeatherTechs ... any other suggestions would be great. However, my main issue with the WeatherTech mats (and most other brands basically) is that the rear floor mats are a two-piece design. I want to find a one-piece mat since I'm pretty annoyed that the carpet would be exposed. I don't want to have to crawl back there to clean up slush-soaked carpet all the time :(

Anyone know of a one-piece floor mat I could use in the back row? Or maybe any work-arounds? Thanks!

Interested to see if they exist as well. I know Weathertech makes these one-piece-over-the-tunnel type mats... But I don't think they make any rear mats at all for the FR-S/BRZ.

AND before anyone starts yelling "Who sits in the back anyways???" "There's not enough leg room back there anyways!"; some people actually do, especially if we're small asian drivers/passengers.

Actually, they have rear mats for the FR-S/BRZ, but it's a two-piece - one for each side. :(

And yeah LOL I have many friends on the smaller/petite side .. I'm sure they plan to shove themselves back there at some point so I can chauffeur them around..

Do you have rear seat passengers?

Holy shit, since when did they put those rear floormats into production??

you could always just take out the back pieces (that thing that's supposed to look something like a seat). then no one would even bother sitting there. and you wont even have to buy floormats for the rear.

I do, from time to time. Two sisters, many petite friends who can't drive. The rear seats get used quite often for what they are.

Wait....when did they add those rear floorliners?! I would've bought them!

No clue. But hey, if y'all are into the two-piece design, I don't see why you shouldn't buy them. They might be a bit expensive depending on how much you use the rear seats but ... it's not a large amount of money. I'd say it's worth it.

Dunno how a one piece rear mat would work since the connecting part of the "hump" is part of the center console. There's a leather option for the arm rest back there too.

Shit .. you're right LOL. Looks like I haven't been back there enough to realize what it actually looks like.

WeatherTech had me fooled .. they have this picture to show the front mats, which clearly shows our car (based off of the wheel, pedals, seats, etc)

But then they post this as the second pic, to show the rear mats.

I guess I wasn't even looking at the whole picture and rather just the mats. The second pic isn't even one of our cars LOL. I feel absolutely stupid now. :sigh:

I guess the problem is solved ... two piece mats it is then LOL. Thanks @poodles Mods can close this thread :) Or leave it open for those who don't know there's rear mats .. or to see how stupid I am.:bonk:
