Drive to West End Alignment! I live in Bakersfield and I plan on making the trek down there for an alignment. A little more expensive than the rest, but you really get a quality alignment from those guys.

I see a lot of good reviews for this place, I just might! I couldn't find their hours, do you know if they're open on weekends? I thought about going to evasive but I feel like they're always busy lol

They're appointments only, and I think you may be able to schedule weekend work if they are available, but I'm not sure how frequently that happens. Any good alignment shop is going to be busy; I'd give West End a call and speak to them directly.

yeah they're closed on the weekends and hours are from 8-530. Conflicts with my work schedule and I'm like 1.5 hours away lol

I'm might end up taking a half day or something to go. Any other recommendations?

West End is worth taking off a few hours from work to go. And like mentioned, no weekend and appointments only. And they're usually booked in about 2wks advance, so at least that gives you time to set up time-off from work.

What's so special about West End? Hear a lot of excellent things about them but for the average daily driver, are they worth going to? Do they use higher end equipment?

I'm curious about this too! just the average joe, no tracking, no aftermarket wheels, just stock everything, is it worth it to use them? or just go to firestone and get lifetime alignment for 140??

They are experts who care enough to do the work properly with consistency.

If you don't have any added adjustability to you suspension, you might get the same alignment from Firestone if you catch them on a good day. But with West End you know it's perfect every time.

I've gone there twice and I'm always blown away at their quality of work and attention to detail.
