Heavy steering when turning left...
Hello everyone!! It has been a while since my last post but I went out for a drive today and noticed that my steering was heavy when I turn left. I stopped at a gas station and made sure that my tire pressure was correct and still the problem persists. Has anyone had this issue or know what it could be? Thanks for the help guys!!

Any suspension mods?

None at all

have you bumped into anything recently? sounds like your alignment is off a bit. maybe camber or toe
|
That's what I am that bling too but I have not had any accidents or bumps at all :/

If the car is stock why not take it to the dealer to look at.

something else to think about...
I got an alignment recently at a highly respectable shop... after all measurements were dont he told me that my left front had an additional degree of caster relative to the right front wheel... 6 degrees vs. 5. I also have not bumped anything or been in an accident with my 86, after some discussion we hypothesized that maybe a control arm got bent during delivery. Tying down the car to a boat in extreme sea conditions. |
Yeah, one degree caster difference will make the car feel harder to turn in one direction than the other. Take it to the dealer. I think you are on the right track with something being bent.
