Wow. Thanks for that!
That's in my neck of the woods. Might need to get some buddies together and give it a go..! There are roads in the Wenatchee/Chelan area just like that where I thrashed my first car in similar fashion, a '77 Celica coupe. As inferior as the solid rear axle was, that torquey little 20r and four speed gearbox were more than enough to flood my undeveloped 18yo brain with endorphins. :) My little Scion is my daily and I like it too much to do that to it. |
Well, it took me almost 2 years to get there...but I went. So fun. Totally worth it. Highly recommended!

I completed the 3 day rear wheel drive school last week and it was great! It exceeded my expectations in every way!
The cars are well prepared, the instructors are great and the facility is really nice too. The video looks really fun, but doing it for real is even better! The area is really cool too, great hiking and mountain biking with giant waterfall nearby. Also some really good food, a micro-brewery and wine bar in town too (the school is only about a 5 minute drive from town). It took me a year to decide to spend the $$$ to do this, but I am already planning a return trip for the advanced school next summer. |
