Red vs White

Hey all,

I've had both white and red Toyota car in the past and am still struggling on colour for my order!

Interested in opinions from people who faced a similar choice.

I'm leaning a bit more towards white as my red Supes gets too much attention from both randoms and cops.

Originally was going to go the grey but it looks so different in different light conditions and I've struggled to find a nice set of rims to match it.

Thoughts?

PS. If you have found any nice pics of grey with a nice rim setup link pls?

Couple of pics

Another pic. Really like the mirrors in white.

I say red, it seems everyone is getting white, which I badly want myself also, but if you like the red also go that route.

I chose Red, White or Black and in that order because demand is so high here that being too picky about color could really slow down the delivery time (so I'm told). They say people who drive white vehicles are the easiest to see on the road for the sake of safety; red probably also does well. Conversely red also seems to attract Spanish Bulls and police. A downside of white is that most corporate fleet vehicles share the same color. As for Black or dark Grey, it's just tougher to keep clean. I think all the colors look good. In the end I chose red simply because the majority of the promo ads use Firestorm red and I think they look great.

Red. White isn't exotic enough for a car this sexy.

Asphalt > White > Red for the FRS

I agree 100%

I'm not too concerned with the safety aspect, to be honest I've been driving every day for over 15 years and have never let my concentration slip enough for the colour of my car to determine whether I have an accident or not.

I'd snap at the grey if I could find a good rims + trim style.

Hopefully I can find a pic of some nice black rims + red brake calipers on one before tomorrow. :)

Just don't speed through Pamplona, and you should be fine. *rimshot*

I'd go with red, given the choice.

Looks like a white Toyota 2000 GT in that first photo. Great car

Speeding and loud exhaust are what get the attention of cops, not color.

My brother has gotten stopped tons of times. He drives a baseline 05 Corolla. My friend owns a Red 3000GT. Never got stopped once.

EDIT: Get the Red. Everyone has the white. Although white is a great color. Don't get the grey. Grey is too "blend in the crowdish"

I'm having a hard time voting on this. I picked white, and I own white, but...

The red is much, much more striking in person than in pictures. I'm not saying I've got buyer's remorse, because I had a pretty good mental picture of how I wanted to modify the car when I bought it, and I wanted it to be white to fulfill that dream... but if I'd seen the red before ordering, I might have a different dream of modified-car prettiness in my head.
