FR-S is avatar for USAA auto insurance

I got a big laugh out of this. I went online to review my insurance with USAA and discovered that the current avatar for automobiles (under household vehicle listings) is a drawing of an FR-S. ( It is clear from the shape of the grill that it is an FR-S, not a BRZ.) At first I thought, "Oh, that's clever. An image of the FR-S next to my policy coverage." Nope, it was the same image for my wife's car (a Ford C-Max) and my daughter's car (an older Nissan Sentra). My wild guess would be that this car is becoming popular among currently enlisted U.S. military personnel, who will almost certainly have their coverage with USAA. Ergo, the image of a popular sports car for single men and women in the service with money to spend on a nice car.

Thanks for making my day, USAA!

Unfortunately, the icon is found on the policy summary page for the individual who is insured. It is not public. Glad that someone else has seen it too, though, so that I know it isn't just my page that has it!:thanks:

But it is not the same for a truck. Here is the one for a truck: It is a Ford BlaH!

Actually its been that way on my account since 05-2012 when I bought the car. I thought it was cool then, and when I noticed it was used for the other 4 cars on my account I just assumed they use the first one and repeat it.

I remember thinking it was odd then because they didn't even have the car in the system to insure when I got mine (First 86).
