I was on the fence after seeing a million and one pictures online. I got a glimpse of one in real life. It's really complex and confusing. Your eyes can really find a line to rest to and enjoy. Though at the same time, i can't help but enjoy it's complex and confusing lines.

It reminds me a lot of the German thrash band Deathrow. Complex and confusing, but still great.

I saw one months ago at a bmw event. Something amazing about the car, especially the weird indentations along the sides of the rear.

They look good, but.......... a lot of $$$ for what you get.

A lot of cash for a hybrid supercar made of carbon fiber? I think not. It's a bargain, a future classic like the Z8. Heck, it's a present classic. It's value will at least keep pace with inflation. I'd buy one if my marriage would survive it.

Not sure you want to be an i8 owner out warranty. No fun when you need a team of mechanics and software/electrical engineers to maintain a car.

That being said, I will be following the market closely.

Agreed, I saw one in the parking lot at Daytona International Speedway. It was........interesting. I cannot say that I really liked it or would want one but it was interesting.

Almost every BMW sucks out of warranty.
