They are ok in my book. I bought a catback exhaust for my Lexus IS250 but it ran into some issues (it basically didn't ship for about 2 weeks because of some mistake). However, the communication was good during the whole process and they also offered me a discount on a future purchase. Ended up buying an intake from them after that and everything worked out perfectly with that transaction.
While it would've been nice to have the first purchase go through perfectly, they handle their mistakes well and seem to have good customer service. This was some time ago though, so obviously companies may change and what not but I just wanted to share my personal experiencr with them. |
