Hello Friends,

So I bought these very simple "runway" LED strips. They're really thin and they blink in a straight line. I want to set them up right on the spot that you see in Picture 4. My goal is to make it so they light up when you open the door.
What I want to achieve can be seen in the first 5 seconds of this video, basically.

These lights look pretty simple, to install, right? How hard could it be?

Which wires do I need to mess with, and where are they exactly? Under the driver's side dash, behind the cigarette lighter, the glove box, etc…?
I'm a wiring noob so if anyone could indicate which wires I need to tap into and where such wires would be in my car, I would love you!

You have to tap into the domelight. I had a thread on it... Hold on.
