Immediate Way More Crisp Steering wheel feel/car response!!

I am doing an Autocross Sunday, Can't Wait as I race in May on total Stock setup!

I am now on 15lb RPF1's, it's cool they include valve stems w/ wheels!! Can't wait to test setup out for this event :w00t:

I will have more pics, was gloomy and pouring rain so the dark wheel would just be solid black in many pics.

Just wanted to share a few pics..
Further review of setup to come after Autocross day!

Fantastic choice on both wheels and tires.

Congrats!

How did you find stock size rpf1's? I thought they weren't coming till October.

chulooz 06-10-2012 10:33 AM

Looks awesome, I want more pics. Let us know how it all performs. NEEDS center caps!

FakeWhiteMan 06-10-2012 10:55 AM

Where did he say they were the stock size? I assumed they were the 17x7.5 RPF1's which are currently available.

He said he was racing in stock class. If he got the 7.5's that would take him to SP or ST*.

Looks great.

I wouldn't have chosen black, but you picked one of the best wheels.

I guess I missed that. All I saw was that he said "I am doing an Autocross Sunday, Can't Wait as I race in May on total Stock setup!" which I took to mean that he raced in May when the car was completely stock. I guess we'll just have to wait until he reports back after the autocross today to see what he thought of the new setup.

My impression from previous posts was he wanted to stay in stock, but I could have misread. I know if I wasn't staying in stock, I woulda gone much wider than the 7.5 & 215's ;)

That would be great if the 17x7 RPF1's are available sooner than the 3rd or 4th quarter I've been hearing. I'll probably just stick with the 17x7 Kosei K1-TS for now though, since I already own them (they're currently on our Forester). I'll be staying in stock (RTR) class for awhile too.
