Bilstein B14 vs Tein Flex vs ISC N1 vs MCA Blue (Coilovers)
Which one would you go for? Which one should i steer clear of?
Right now im set on the Bilstein B14.... but im not 100% yet. I do want to track the car (like once or twice a year for fun) but still want some level of comfort on the street. I did notice the Bilsteins dont have camber or caster adjustments, so am i better of just buying lower springs instead such as the Eibach sportline? I currently run the Eibach Pro kit springs. |
MCA.

If you're only going to track once or twice a year for fun and not competing is any event, then I'd suggest B14. I'm biased because that's what I use :) Comfort wise is almost like stock, yet it rides over bumps much better. For front camber adjustment I just use the Whiteline bolts.
But the MCA Blue is truly value for money with local support. I recommend you get in touch with some local members with these suspension to take a ride so that you can get a feel for both. By the way (in case you didn't know, or maybe it doesn't bother you) coilovers are technically not road legal in Australia. If that is a concern for you, then I'd just get the Bilstein B8 shocks since you already have the Pro Kits. |

For that very reason MCA are the best choice of the list. |

Save yourself the trouble and just get the MCA Blues, they should be the perfect balance between road and track performance
*would not recommend the TEIN Flex for Australian roads **SRCs are like... x2.5 the price without springs... |
OP, I am currently running the B8's with Sportlines and I >LOVE< them. For the money, they're among the top choices imo.
Auto 500 or MCAs are also great, but being an aussie, need to think local :) |
I'm running MCA Blues and I can't recommend them enough.
I bought mine near new second hand from another owner and even then Josh Coote from MCA was more than willing to answer all my questions and concerns. Shoot them off an email, let them know what your goals are in regards to suspension and I'm sure they'll be able to look after you. |
