Can BRZ reverse camera (eBay) installed in FRS

I have the new Release Series 1.0 and wanted to install a reverse camera without drilling holes in the car.

I was interested in this camera:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/B1077-SUBARU...item4ad9e32198

since it clips on to the license plate light it seems least invasive.

What do you guys think? is it possible?

Hey, I just got the same camera. I saw your video on youtube, at least i think its you (yellow FRS with B1077 ebay camera.) Got my Harness from Autoharness. Question for you though....

What did you connect the "Reverse Lamp Power +" (red wire on the 6m extension on the camera side) to?

I'm assuming you're using this harness(this is the same one I used on my BRZ):

The red wire that runs along the video cable will be connected to the camera input power wire on the camera side and the short wire on the AHH harness at the other end.

How is the quality of the camera?
Does anyone have pictures of it in use?

Pros/Cons

It should be possible with the correct wiring harness. Also make sure you have a reverse trigger installed, if not you'll have to make one yourself.

i would recommend staying away from super cheap cameras... i used a $20 ebay camera at first. during the day it was okay, but it was entirely useless at night unless you were within a foot of what you're trying to see. i mean if that's okay with you then cool, but i was too paranoid. i ending up spending the money on one of the "fit" cameras and it's been amazing in comparison. sorry, i don't have comparison shots.
