I've had springs collecting dust for 2 years. Been too busy buying everything but Lcas and camber bolts lol... Sigh

I just found this thread...
I'm definitely interested. I don't have springs yet -- leaning towards RCE yellows but I need to do more reading first.
I'm thinking spacers at the same time -- do it all at once.
Recommendations?

Spacers at the same time if you are running stock wheels... otherwise you will be severely disappointed in how sucked in your stockies look.

Also, front camber bolts and adjustable rear lower control arms are good ideas if you want to keep your tires from wearing prematurely. If you are only doing a 1"-ish drop it isn't as important, but more than a 1" drop and you might want to have us install those at the same time that we lower it.

As far as springs... I have a number of them in stock here, but I sold my set of RCEs so if you want those you will have to order them.

Thanks Darren.
I'm looking for a mild drop on a daily driver.
I may have more questions. I'm a newbie when it comes to suspension. And I haven't taken the time to read through all the threads :)

When is this going to be?

Oh. Well, count me in. Picking up some HR Super Sports from @Rio on Friday.

DarrenDriven 03-25-2015 09:36 PM

Cool... three on the list... we'll see who else gets on there!

that's what i'm on, had them for over 10k miles now and i'm very happy with them. they were designed with the stock shocks in mind and the ride is better than stock IMO, better handling and less jarring on the freeway.

I have the H&R Sports and really like them, you'll be a little lower but the ride quality is pretty good still.

llawd 03-26-2015 01:37 PM

Count me in. By the time you get it scheduled I should have springs and spacers.

Yup. Depending on when it is, I may have some shocks to go with them too.
