Price Drop: 2013 Firestorm FRS $19,000 - MI - tasteful mods with OE parts

I am reposting this since I am trying to buy a house so I'm dropping price again. I'm fairly motivated I may not go much lower on price but considering mods we may be able to negotiate.

For sale is my red FRS with Greddy exhaust, Tein lowering springs, HID headlights, newer sport/all season tires on 18" TSW's and more with only 15,700 mi. It has never seen snow, however due to a new long commute I bought winter tires for this car which I will include. The car is in Ann Arbor, MI, but I take it down to South Bend frequently.
