mudflaps.....yaay lets do it..

post pics away........need ideas, brands, colors, size and usefulness.....gotta pull the tigger soon.
Thinking a flexible flap is the way to go as it would be more forgiving when I bottom it out. And no fugley red ones...............

I find the Canadian stock ones work just fine for most conditions. May want to go bigger if you are going to do dirt track/gravel roads though

I have a set of Rally Armor mudflaps. Black with blue letters.

I really like them, they seem to do a pretty decent job of keeping crap from flying up. Just make sure to clean the snow off of them before it turns to ice.

Dealer ones are really perfect. I got a set of red Rokblokz for my rocky winter usage. They're stiff but they have a version for lowered cars and the normal. They're not too flashy, they're grey or black for most of the winter months.
The most popular are the rally amours though. I've heard good things about the gorilla flaps too.

I got the OEM ones as a dealer option. They do the job.

Could you explain that? I don't get it.

i have the dealer ones also. they look good and are more a hard fix. Im a truck guy... so I like my mudflaps. In my previous truck I bought the real expensive molded ( hard ones). When the truck went to low....for the snow conditions.. the molded flap would nail thequarterpanel hard.
Y i know this is a sports car. just looking for a little more protection!

If you want solid ones, go for the OEM dealer ones. If you need slightly larger ones and want flexible, go Rally Armour. I love my RA flaps to death because of all the oil field driving I end up doing. Saves my car from rock chips and picks up quite a bit of the crap on the road too. It won't catch everything though, but it does help.

Love my RA's. Does a great job of keeping salt and sand from hitting the side of the car!

OEM are "splash guards", right? Little cutesy ones? I say go Rally Armor or go home! Those stick out to the sides and really protect the sides of your car, and the expensive ones are super thick and durable. In a pinch they also double as curb feelers. :D

I've used RA ones on my WRX for the past 8 years. Still look great. Of course EVERY Subaru seems to have them. They're rally-sporty, but not sportscar sporty. Of course you can just run them in the winter if you want.

Here's the little 'cutesy' (OEM) Toyota ones.......~$50

They work

+1 on OEM. Just get it over with.
