oic, just curious, so you kind of expected to take delivery of whatever color show up that is 6MT and not pre-ordered?

Yup, colour wasn't an issue, just had to be 6 MT and Sport Tech. That was it. My original order says WRB or Black or Silver...and the sales manager was like, sweet, how about we give you a call when the truck is in and you just pick what you like. I was like, ok cool! :thumbup: Hahaha.

I'm 3rd at the dealership.

I am first on the dealership with white 6MT sport tech. Mike said it might start delivery later this week or next week. We will see what happen. Maybe we can get our cars on same day. ;)

Have you heard anything yet? Are they getting and prepping the car same day? Still on the train? I'd phone them but want to give them some peace haha

I haven't heard anything yet but I'd imagine that we'll here about cars arriving in Edmonton or Calgary before we see ours in Red Deer.

i'm so jealous and excited for all of you who have already purchased the car. congrats.

i'll need to buy a house with garage before i can have a second car.. but that won't be for another 4 years... sigh

I was told all the cars went to Edmonton via train, and will be trucked down to Calgary (so probably Red Deer as well). They think it might come down on Friday but won't be ready till Mon or Tues.

So I'm setting my expectations (and clear bra/detail apts) for Wed. Fingers crossed.

Red Deer Subaru told me they truck it direct from port, so it could come sooner than later. Not sure about Toyota.
