For anyone doing some LEDs for blinkers… Here's where you can find the relay.

It's under the dash. Handing from a clip. 2 screws. 2 panels. You'll find it… :)

Thanks. Can you post a video of those LEDs? Curious how they look when lit.

Yeah, I'm also curious! Did you also change the front LEDs?

Actually, I think they are from V-LEDS.com. But I'm curious how visible they are during the day...

Yes, what relay did you use. I want to order one and make sure it fits and works.

I put my relay in this weekend. The panels came right off without an issue. I thought "this should be done quickly", boy was that a mistake.

It took near impossible feats of yoga to squeeze my fat ass under the dash to reach the flasher relay. Then my giant hands could barely snake their way through the underside of the dash. My hand is cut to shit from trying to pull that sucker off to unplug it.

I almost gave up and said "that hyper flash isn't that bad", and buttoned the dash up. The relay finally came loose and the rest was a breeze.

I am just waiting for my led rear bulbs and switchbacks to come in. Then it will be all worth it.

Thanks for the location info.

Is this where I place the control module that came with my leds in order to be able to control the blinker light timer

I had a very similar experience... TOM'S tails come with new flasher relay so I went to install it after I installed the tails... expecting simple unplug and plug in which would take 10 seconds. Boy, I was wrong. I was getting so frustrated and got to the point that I nearly would not have minded for breaking things just to get this flasher off :D

Luckily I got it to come off without having to break anything.... haha. But yeah, my hand was also cut to shit.

To make it easier there is a metal plate held on with two 10mm bolts under the instrument panel cover. I too got cut up removing the relay and then took the metal plate off and it was still tight but much easier to move around and no cuts and scratches. My hands looked like I tried to separate two wild cats before removing the plate. Could have prevented most just by removing the plate. I've been in there several times since and I always remove that plate.
