Porsche h6 swap?
Would a 3.8l porsche h6 engine be possible to swap into a Brz?
|
Sure, if you can find or make a transmission to fit, fabricate new motor mount positions, modify firewall as required, run new fuel/brake/coolant/exhaust lines...
Anything is possible, all that matters is money. For this, LOTS of money. you're better off doing a LS1 swap, or buying a Porsche... |
With enough money most anything is possible. My first thought is it may sit a little to far forward. You can't move a flat motor farther back then our engine now due to the steering shaft.

People have stuck a Subaru H6 (EZ30) in there...

This seems like an awesome swap- does anyone have any more info about this? Does it weigh significantly more? |
This isn't in a car yet, but it's awesome either way.
